No one asked me to write this, and I am very happy to say I am doing it because I want to express my gratitude to all the Professionals who helped me and my wife choose exactly the right new trailer for us. I see so many negative reviews and I can't imagine for a moment how any of them could be legitimate after the service we received.

My experience with Joe Pena my Salesman, Troy the Sales Manager, Joseline in Finance, Adrian who delivered our unit and the follow-up from Tony in service couldn't have been better. I am an extremely difficult person to deal with when it comes to major purchases and they were not only patient but also kind and considerate throughout. From all my emailing and phone calls to their follow-up, this team is the one you want!

Be careful financing with camping world. Not sure if every store is the same. Vincent was a great salesman and took his time to show us everything. We liked an RV, they ran our credit scores, showed us numbers, told us how much we need to put down. Looks like we were at the homestretch, right? They said they needed $2,000 to start the process. They called and communicated every day before they got the money. After we gave them $2,000 they went radio silence. We had to constantly call for a week and a half asking for an update. Vincent was then "out of the office" but contacted us on Easter before we gave money down. It's been 2 weeks now and we ended up being told we weren't approved after WE had to call again. They said they sent back the refund a "couple days ago" on 4/27/25 but they have not. It was in my account finally yesterday 5/1/25 and then taken back out. My bank account let me know camping world cancelled the refund. At this point it's a game. I'd just like my refund and to be done. I have now made a claim with my bank account. Every time I call there's only 1 person in and they're never available.

Tim at Camping World Colton branch was awesome. Very professional, no pressure, and definitely stayed in touch with me throughout my buying process. The product will sell itself but it takes an excellent sales person to help educate and make suggestions to make the whole buying process complete. Everyone we’ve encountered in this branch were all polite and made this buying experience stress free. Thanks also to Martin who showed us everything about the camper before we drove off with it. He showed me how to properly attach the camper to our hitch. Thanks Tim! Definitely we are Happier Campers.

Great selection and store.

I came here to outfit my new 5th wheel bought elsewhere.

While I shopped for my stuff I thought the prices seemed a little high. Checking with Amazon, they were 15 to 20% high.

Normally I would ask a salesman to price match, but I was there for just under 30 minutes and I was never approached by a parts salesperson.

As a small business owner, I understand margin. I even understand maintaining the price point. But a word of advice.

If you don't have staff to walk customers to a sale, you're walking them out the door.

5 stars for selection and displays.

I'm bummed that I drove from Beaumont to leave empty handed. I would have spent about 400 bucks had someone shown an interest in my presence.

Great spot to buy all your motor home or trailer parts. If you get there year subscription you can use the dump and water for free. Great staff, very respectful and organized staff.

Wow. Just wow! Still in shock of how badly my wife and I were treated. Stopped in at 4;30 on Sunday. Looked around, decided on a few items to purchase, carrying one item in hand. We see they started locking doors. No closing announcement, no customer service. The manager walked up and told us we should hurry to the register because they were closing. We rushed to the register and the lady working the register was very rude. She told us to give her the item that was in our hens becaise she closed the register and all the doors were locked. She told us we had to leave right then. We told her we were trying to spend several hundred dollars and’s she didn’t care. That was at 5:01. Apparently they closed at 5:00pm. Hoping corporate sees this and learns how badly this store is managed. Never going back. We are serious RV owners and we spend a lot of money on the lifestyle. Epic fail.
