Great, but now needs improvement...I have been using Care Rx for probably about 3 years. I was fed up with the lack of customer service with Publix and made the switch. I was VERY happy. The owner is friendly, kind and very helpful, and the staff at the time were all the same. Sadly this has changed. There are several new team members and one in particular is in some serious need of more training or needs to be let go. She laughed at me over the phone when I told her my Dr. needed me on a new medication that day, she has been rude to a family member that I have sent to pick up my prescriptions, she never greets me or my family member as customers, she is abrupt and acts as if we are a bother. This is not the customer service we received in the beginning, I left corporate pharmacies for this very sort of service. Please provide this young woman with more customer service training or take her off the register. We won't tolerate this much longer.

Although my visit was my first, I sensed an immediate feeling of community that, for my whole 77 years of life, I have not experienced with the corporate honchos, like CVS, Walgreens, and Publix; oh, contraire! As I waited, I witnessed personal interaction of pharmacist with customers, addressing by first names and with a personal awareness of customer's life/family. It was an out-of-body type feeling, as if I had been transported to a small town, where everybody knows your name and personal stuff. Good vibes, good health - mentally and physically!!🙏🏽

I will never use this pharmacy again. The owner used to care about his patients..Not anymore. He lied to me today about my one of my son’s medicine. He said that our insurance company would only cover generic. My son has to have name brand only. He lied.He told me that he would go bankrupt if he accepted what Sunshine Health will pay him for the medicine. He said his cost is $390. But medicaid would only pay him $61 for the medicine. That’s not true. After calling my insurance, I found out what the truth was. It will be taken care of within 24 hrs. I am transferring ALL my sons and my prescriptions to another pharmacy. This owner shouldn’t take medicaid if he doesn’t want to accept what they pay him. I had been using this pharmacy for 4 years. Never again

Such a personal experience every month! Our whole family is cared for at Care Rx. I would never go to another pharmacy. We are known by name and my prescription is always ready right when i need it, even if that’s a few days before.

Hands down the Best pharmacy in Tallahassee. The owner believes in providing the absolute best customer service. Most pharmacies I would have to call every month and stay on them about getting my meds. Not here. They call me!
They remember who you are and actually show they care. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.
