I had an absolutely amazing experience at Carly’s! The selection of prom dresses is incredible, with so many beautiful styles and colors to choose from. Heyyy, this is Kendall! I’m writing this from my mom’s account because my account wasn’t working, but I really wanted to leave a review for Carley’s Formals. I had such an amazing experience here! Carley was the one who helped me, and she was incredibly sweet, respectful, and patient. I’m probably the pickiest person when it comes to finding a dress because I like to dress modestly and have a very specific style, but Carley made the whole experience so enjoyable. She listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress.

Walked into the store and I was immediately greeted by friendly staff and owner. They asked me if I had an appointment which I did not. They took the time to address my needs at the time. They have a vast array of choices in dresses and outfits. They even had a in house designer which was greatly appreciated based on our taste in clothing. They had several dresses from numerous designers. They were very well versed in styles and fit. We had an amazing time and we found exactly what we looking for. We would like to thank the staff and owner for taking the time even tho, I did not have an appointment. I most definitely recommend this store to anyone in search of designer clothing.

My daughter has brought several dresses from Carley’s over the span of many years and we have always had a great experience. My son has also ordered his formal wear from Carley’s and had a wonderful experience. Staff is very attentive and is willing to help with any requests. Highly recommend checking them out.

I’ve been in Carley’s Formal Wear numerous times. Great store to shop at with a large selection. When you register, she has drawings for free giveaways. 🤍 Very friendly staff and the owner couldn’t be sweeter! I read the previous comment about the mom who took pictures ignoring posted store policies. It’s in most shops now and I completely understand why. Signs posted on the doors before you enter. Better to make appointments and no photographs/ FB etc.. and No food or beverages. It’s called protecting the inventory! A BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE 👏🏻 for a caring formal wear shop owner! LOVE THIS STORE! 🩷

Walked in and owner plus 3 other sales associates were in there with no shoppers. They made it awkward we had no appointment but said they'd fit us in. We tried on several dresses. The girl who helped, I can't remember her name but she was very nice and personable but needed more training on helping zip/lace dresses. The owner only came over once she heard us discuss liking a dress. Otherwise was pretty rude seeming and the other associates. One of us needed to use restroom and they acted as if that was something they couldn't show her to. Overall I'd not go back.

The tux I got from here was honestly the best looking tux I’ve seen around the area. The stylist are super corporative and helped me get fitted for a tux for the first time. I’ll definitely be coming back next year for prom, my boys liked it so that’s a plus.

This was the worst prom dress shopping experience I have ever had! The young girls working here were pleasant however the owner, Denise, was a nightmare.
She was no where to be seen when we were told the “rules” of the establishment. I went to try on a dress and my mom had to help me get it on, because no workers were around to assist me, and she threw a fit about someone being in there with me. Then I stepped onto the stage to see what it looked like and my mom took a picture and she verbally attacked my mom and told her to delete them. She said “it is posted all over my store to not take pictures” which is untrue. it was only in the dressing room, which led me to believe we could take pictures outside the dressing rooms. Once my mom told her she was quite rude for the way she told my mom to not take pictures she kicked us out! If you are going dress shopping save yourself the misery and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
