AKA Home Depot in Carmel Mountain Ranch. This location almost always has everything I'm looking for in stock, along with things I pick up that I never knew I needed! The employees are pretty friendly and knowledgeable on a wide variety of projects and the tools needed to get it done. If I can't find the item I need at the Escondido store, this is the next one I go to. Between those two locations, I always find what I'm looking for. The garden center here is pretty large with a great variety of healthy plants, etc. The prices on some of their pottery is such a steal, and you can often find some of last seasons designs on clearance... which brings me to my final tip - don't forget, there is always a clearance section located at Home Depot where you can find a shelf or two or three full of clearance items that are usually discounted a pretty good amount. Even when I'm in a rush, I always hit up the clearance section. At the Carmel Mountain Ranch location, the clearance shelves are located on the end caps of the far left back aisles of the store just before you hit the lumber area. Look for the yellow tags and hopefully catch a good bargain.

Fairly easy to get to and tons of parking. Rite aid,Ralphs, McDonald's, El Pollo Loco, trader Joe's, and Starbucks are here. Some smaller shops are here as well and a few small restaurants. Easy to get in and get out.

This shopping center is busy but not as crazy as other ones I've experienced. Pretty good combination and variety of businesses. I shopped Home Depot on this trip. Parking lot has plenty of entrances and exits making it convenient to leave and enter.

I love home improvement stores. This store today I found flowers for planting that were obviously in need of a good watering...and it was hard to find anyone to help with questions I had about products. The security screen door I fell for is a whopping $900 bucks 😣 and that doesn't even include the cost to install !!

We were looking for redwood for our garden box. The gentleman we asked for help was very knowledgeable and polite. He helped us fine the sizes we needed and cheerfully cut some of the wood for us. The cashier was very friendly and efficient.

The store is very well stocked and the staff are knowledgeable but the parking lot is a nightmare for someone with a truck and especially if you are towing a trailer. They have designated trailer parking near the front of the parking lot but everybody just uses them as parking spaces and in the 10 years I have been a general contractor I think I've only parked in those spots once. Very disappointing that they don't police those parking spaces. You end up parking all the way at the far end of the parking lot
