The young man that works here is phenomenal at his job. He really knows about the products that they have in the store which is refreshing, and he knows about the feed back from the community, too. Wicked customer service skills. He made me and my boyfriend feel like old friends from the start, and had amazing patience with my indecisiveness lol! Best deals, prices, products, and employees. We won't go to any other shop now!

Great Experience for First-Time Visit

I recently visited Casablanca Smoke Shop for the first time and was really impressed. The gentleman who assisted me was welcoming right as I entered, and his knowledge about the products made it easy to find what I needed. He provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning for my vaping needs!

All the staff are super chill and the owner is super nice as well, they have the cheapest and nicest vapes in the area. It's also very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend coming. I've been coming here for a long time and will continue to because of how many options I can choose from and they always have the right thing for you.

I love Casablanca smoke shop! Nick and Anabel always make sure I’m taken care of. I am one of those pain in the butt customers who never know what they want, and both Nick and Anabel have learned the normal flavor vapes I like and are able to recommend vape flavors for me that I absolutely love. This shop is THE ONLY smoke shop in the area that will swap out vapes if they hit on there own and Nick nor Anabel have ever made me feel like I’m annoying, or a pain in the butt unlike some other shops in the area I’ve been to. Thank you both for making me feel comfortable enough to become a regular.
