What a great store! The history alone is worth going for. If you can't find a pair of boots and a hat in here, then there's not a hat or pair of boots for you anywhere.
Christine helped us and she was amazing, friendly and helped us get fitted properly she also gave us a lot of the history and places to check out around town. We also got to meet the famous Casey while we were there too. Great experience, and definitely a place to stop in if you're in Sedona.
Head over to cottonwood and check them out. Don't pay ridiculous Sedona tourist prices for crap, when you can get yourself a real cowboy hat right here. Trust me I grew up in Arizona, this is the place to be!

Absolutely hands down the best customer service. I went in looking for a pair of cowboy boots and being from Pennsylvania, well I have no clue. The very friendly staff was just so helpful and patient with me. First day I left empty handed, but thought about it. Because of the help and information they gave me I had to come back and buy a pair. Loving my HH brand boots. Gonna go make my hometown jealous with my new boots haha. Thanks so much for everything. October, 2021. For over 15 yrs I have been in search of a pair of boots that would fit my oddly shaped and sized extra wide foot. Hi instep, no arch, just a hot mess for footwear, not to mention a western style boot. I went to Casey to get repairs made on a pair of work boots, as he was the only nearby old school cobbler.

Walking into the store, you're immediately transported back 50 years to a REAL leather shop. The vast array of boots, hats, and leather goods displayed for sale, the friendly greeting from Casey, the smell that one only gets from leather footwear.

When I was done setting up the repair, I commented to Casey that there were some nice-looking boots there but I was pretty sure none would fit my feet because of the way they are shaped.

Casey spent over an hour, close to an hour and a half, working with me to try different sizes, different styles, different configurations. I ended up closing on a pair of Double H, made in the USA, boots we thought would fit my feet. Casey did not have the actual size in stock, so with a 50% down payment on the boots, he ordered in several different sizes too take into account possible variations. For the first time in my 60 or so years, I have a pair of western boots that fit my feet the way my hat fits my head.

I cannot more highly recommend a footwear professional than Casey at Casey's Cowboy shop.
