So if you’re a college student or somebody buying your first mattress, I would recommend Casper. I stopped into the Mission Viejo mall store and ordered their top-of-the-line Casper mattress with an adjustable frame. It took three months between the mattress being delivered, and the adjustable frame being delivered both of which I had to carry upstairs myself. Between misinformation of delivery days and just lack of communication ( Good luck getting hold of somebody live) It was a disaster. Ended up having to send the adjustable frame back because nobody could confirm whether or not it worked with my bed. You will deal with variable delivery dates, It will be a third-party will eventually picks up your existing mattress & and if you order an adjustable frame, it’ll come from China and you will have no visibility to delivery or installation instructions whatsoever.

My experience with Casper has unfortunately been negative. The issue is one: they are not able to deliver what they promise.

I ordered a Dream Max, and I was promised a delivery date in 10 days. I paid upfront. After 2 weeks it was delayed. And again. And again. And again. The delivery date kept being pushed back. The manufacturing and delivery service did not provide the store with a reliable estimate and as a result it was impossible to know if and when the mattress would actually be delivered.

After more than one month, I was left with no other choice: I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund.

Have had a Casper mattress for a while, so when it was time for a new mattress, Casper was out first choice. Bruce was very helpful in the whole process and made it very easy to decide on which mattress fit our needs.

Fantastic mattress, best decision ever. Shortly after we bought the mattress, it went on back order for several weeks. The store manager, Enrique handled the situation with grace and care and offered an additional discount. He really felt bad about the delay which is incredibly rare these days. Exceptional customer experience and I have already recommended Casper and this store to my network.

We bought a Snow Mattress & foundation for our college bound son who is an athlete and sleeps hot. He loves the mattress & snow hybrid pillow. Both keep him cool and he is so happy with the purchase. He says he has never slept better! Our purchasing experience has also been outstanding. Bernard at Casper, Mission Viejo was wonderful to work with. He took his time to explain all of the products, answer our many questions & continued to help even when we returned the bed for a larger mattress. Can’t compliment him enough for the amazing customer service & his professional attitude. Casper makes it easy to love their products!

I purchased three mattresses at the South Coast Plaza Casper store with some accessories and got tremendous service. One mattress ended up being on back order and Bernard from the Mission Viejo store was nice enough to sell me his last mattress at the same 30% discount I received because of my previous purchase in another store which we really appreciate. I have been sleeping on a Casper since they first came out and very happy with my new Snow and the service from Bernard and Frankie. Thanks Casper !!!

Earlier this week we purchased a Snow mattress, foundation and metal bed frame at the Mission Viejo Casper store. The store manager, Bernard, spent quite a bit of time with us to answer all our product questions and options that would best serve our needs. As a result, we were torn between the standard foundation and upholstered foundation, so we decided on both to see what would work the best in our guest room. Once all the items were identified, Bernard took the time to leverage all the available discounts to ensure our out-the-door price was super-competitive when compared to the incentives available on-line.

To our surprise, the store had all the items on-hand, except for the upholstered foundation. Bernard and his associate, Enrique, were super helpful to load our purchase into our vehicle. Bernard then promised to follow-up as soon as possible regarding the status of locating the upholstered foundation that wasn’t in stock. To this point the level of personal service and care exceeded our expectations. You would be hard-pressed to find a better team to reaffirm we made the right choice given the number of mattress brands available.

Fast-forward to a few days later and as promised Bernard did follow-up with us regarding the upholstered foundation. Apparently, Casper indicated to him through various calls and channels that the foundation is on backorder with an unclear delivery date. So based on his advice we canceled our original store order for a refund and re-purchased the foundation to facilitate expedited home delivery when it becomes available. Bernard has been super-diligent with every commitment and his follow-up communications have been outstanding to this point.

Now we wait for the last part of our order. We are hopeful that Bernard will continue to advocate on our behalf as we chase down the last part of our purchase.
