So they did a pretty poor job and there’s no clear and set price also. They will charge you what they kind of thing is OK to charge, I was told $145 for truck, trailer and wash out. I end up not doing the wash out since it took over an hour to do the truck and trailer and when I got to the office to pay, I was told 160+ tax to the question, why? is it more if I drop the washout which also was supposed to cost something? They said well because the trailer is different and it cost more to clean. I have a conestoga, it’s the same thing as a drive-van or a reefer so the question is why?
Anyway, things to know
1. Only one guy was working to the wash and it took over an hour considering that I dropped the washout.
2. A pretty poor job was done. I guess the guy was just exhausted
3. I end up paying more than estimated at the beginning, again, considering that I dropped out the washout
So in my humble opinion, if you are absolutely and desperately in need of a truck-wash, you could stop by and do it, otherwise I would just look for a different place!!! See pictures

Not being from this area traveling home from holidays. Our Travel Trailer had severe brake isaues on hwy 5.
Called Castro on Sunday asked if they work on brakes, a man with broken English said ‘yes’. Well They don’t! They said they could load our travel trailer up and tow it. We waited for over six hours curbside outside their business. Then Vicky said they were too busy and we would need to wait till the next day. And wanted to charge us close to &900 to tow. Vicky was so unhelpful.

One depends alot on Good Samaritans to guide them when in need,
AJ Towing was so kind to assist over the phone to get us in touch with Golden Empire Towing which have a large flatbed semi to Load the travel trailer for 1/2 the cost. They arrive within 1 hour from calling them, loaded rig and delivered in a timely and
Kind manner!

Castro has a reputation of Stringing people on,not helpful and only wants your money for Poor quality.
And we remembered to pay them $30 bucks for their time & removing tires for
Us to inspect the brakes. after many hours they forgot but we did not. That got paid!

This tire shop is great! Friendly, quick, and competent. They fixed two flat tires for us and had us back on the road in a short time. There is a nice grassy spot for your dogs and a taco stand with shaded tables for you while you're waiting. Highly recommended!

We bought tires from these Indians drove 80 miles down the road and this is what happened. My tire got messed up. This idiot sold me Re caps

We had a tire go flat in the 114° temps as we were traveling. They didn't have the ability to come to us to change our tire out and put the spare on, but once we got to their location with the spare, there were about 4 people ahead of us, and they got through each one pretty quickly. They replaced the stem on the tire and replaced the tire on our car, all for $36. They were the only tire repair shop anywhere around, and they were great. I would use them again!

Got stranded on the 99. Dispatcher was very helpful. I got picked up by Sam within 30 min where my car and I were taken to our destination. This unfortunate situation was solved so smoothly and professionally. Thank you so much Castro Tire and Truck!

Brother shows up around 8am when Google says theyre open, to patch a flat, say they're not open and will charge if we open the shop ?. Fix your hours on here if you don't want us showing up during your "closed" hours
