Friendly hometown style diner, could not ask for better: Great food and people ❤️ with easy parking. The daily luncheon special was very tempting but we had hamburger and fries with a slice of pecan and key lime pies, all was very good.

My recent dining experience was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe, and I feel it's my civic duty to share every agonizing detail.

Firstly, Kaylee's sheer audacity in not asking how I wanted my burger is an affront to all that is sacred in the realm of gastronomy. Her apparent psychic abilities to determine the exact temperature at which I prefer my beef patty are truly astounding. Clearly, telepathy is the new black in waitressing skills.

As for refills, Kaylee's absence was noted with the kind of meticulous record-keeping usually reserved for tax audits. I had ample time to ponder the mysteries of the universe, like why she chose to ignore my increasingly parched state. Was it a test of my endurance? Great lunch plate! They had fried chicken and 4 vegetables to choose from the day I was there. I chose the vegetables for my lunch and they were sooo good. I've eaten here a couple of times before, will be eating here again!

Drove all the way from Brookwood Al in Tuscaloosa county and arrived before 8 letting the diner crowd die down. Told the lady and you think that made a difference. Naw over 50 miles one way. I’ll never and I don’t use that word often NEVER will I be back don’t care if you FOLD!!!

The Lunch Meals Are So Tasty Like They Were Cooked At Home. The Fish..The Shrimp Taste Fresh and Are Cooked The Way You Would Expect When Ordered. The Dining Area Is Clean With A High Rating.

Not worth the hype and price. We specifically waited until they were serving steak, assuming this was a place known for their steak. They only offer a rib eye and a "steak and shrimp". The shrimp was great, but the steak was nearly all fat and not worth it. My potato was undercooked and the bread tasted freezer burnt. Chicken sandwich was two tenders and mayonnaise, falling apart. The bacon cheeseburger is worth suggesting, but overall, I will not be returning.

Love the food. Perfectly seasoned.Ask for the fried green tomatoes with ranch dressing. I ordered the steak & shrimp. The staff were very tenative. Will go again and highly recommend this restaurant.
