I've checked out this shop before and in need of repair when a friend recommended this shop to get some work on my broken bicycle. I called and explained the issue I was having and the gentleman on the phone said they should be able to fix the issue, and they did! The customer service is outstanding! Upon retrieval of my fixed bicycle, the same gentleman from the phone was there to ring me out. After briefly talking about the issue and showing me what had happened, he also asked about my riding preferences. I tell you this, because it was more than just "trying to get money out of me," I could tell the person asked because of genuine interest and love for the customer. I will be recommending this shop to anyone that asks, and probably some that don't. SHOP HERE!!!!

We received 4 bikes from Cedar Run Bikes from a raffle winning of the New Berlin Fire Department. Was my first experience there and was a great one. Stanley was very friendly and informative on the bikes we got as well as a few other items we purchased while there. Aside from the in store experience, it’s was a pleasure to see a local business working to help a nearby fire department with raising money to help with costs in the fire department. I highly recommend Cedar Run to anyone looking for quality bikes!

If you were looking for a new bicycle or needed service on your current bike then Cedar Run can take care of you. I like to keep business local and had already decided I was going to purchase a bike there. I looked at what Cedar Run had to offer last fall and went in a few weeks ago to select which bicycle fit my needs. Stanley is very informative and will accommodate you all he can.

I love my bike!! Stanley did a great job at selling me a bike for my needs. The prices are reasonable and he didn't try selling me his most expensive just to make money. I would recommend buying a bike off him.
