Biggest Funkopop store I've been to. They have hundreds and even hard to find ones. $10 a pop which is what is usually the price everywhere.

This store is so awesome. The two brothers that run the shop are so polite and have reasonable prices for exclusive pops. Their setup is very spacious and their collection is so diverse. 10/10!

I recently started collecting pops in particular the venomised serie.
Thanks to my beautiful and amazing girlfriend I couldn't be any happier then to collect these cool and unique figures. Chalice Collectibles is by far pop heaven. There staff is down right amazing and very open to helping you find what you're looking for. There prices are reasonable and affordable. Overall I look forward to going every time to check out there inventory because I always find a new or cool pop to add to my collection. I started with 3 and now my collection has jumped to 50. I personally wanna say thank you to each and every member from Chalice Collectibles for their time and support. I'll see you guys and gals soon. God bless everyone and keep up the great work.

Chalice is one of the worst companies. I’ve had three experiences with them and two of them were bad. Both purchases that were bad took over two weeks to ship. Each time I contacted support to inquire about why shipment was so delayed they only answered with “we will get to it.” “We’re sorry for the delay.” But they never actually took proactive measures. One email even read “We’re sorry your item has not shipped today. We will have an update for you today.” I received that email early morning on a Friday and the whole day nothing happened. I understand support is not at fault, but at the same time if you tell me you’ll have an answer for me that day I expect an answer. This particular email was me inquiring about an item I purchased that hadn’t been shipped for THREE weeks. I asked them to cancel after that. This company needs to figure out their priorities. Support needs to work better with their shipping management and the shipping department needs a change. You don’t leave a paying custom hanging about for two to three weeks. This company doesn’t deserve my money ever again. FigPin and Funko should dump them.
