I was worried about shopping here because of some of the negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised that I had a delightful experience!  Sterling helped me out and although I didn’t decide on any specific shoe this time, I know I’ll be coming back.  Sterling gave me a lot to think about and I’m looking forward to my new kicks!

Came in to do some Christmas shopping. All the employees look like their mad and don't want to be there. I asked for a size the guy just grabbed the shoe scanned it. Walked away without saying one word. I was confused, didn't know if they had it or not. He came back handed me the last pair out of the box and didn't even think to put it in the box. Went to the register to bye it and again the cashier was all poker face. Jade I believe is her name. With out greeting or anything, I left and not a buy either. These people hate their job. Don't work in customer service!!! Overall customer service sucks at this place.

It was 10 mins before the store close where I purchased shoes for my daughter and there is a technical issue that I explained to one of the crew who is Frankie, my credit card was charged already and the email was wrong then they scan the item again. Frankie was on a rush to go home and kinda sarcastic since it was a issue, I just wanna make sure that I am not charged twice. But seems Frankie wanted to go home early.

Nick their manager is the worst manager i have ever dealt with. He sounded like he didnt want to be there that day. Very unprofessional. Rude. And conceited. Sounded like a racist too!! We always buy our shoes in this store but I dont think we will go back here anymore.

Came in bought somethings for more than $100 asked if I can get extra plastic bags so I could put stuff from another store. They said no, fair enough, but my friend bought 1 more item so he said use this plastic bag. Called us the most disrespectful just because they told us we can’t use it. We paid for an item Jackass!

I would be embarrassed to manage this location. I came into this champs location and wasn’t greeted at all. There were two employees just hanging out talking about fantasy football and if Dalvin Cook was going to do well next game. There was not a single guest in this location except for myself. I maybe spend 10 minutes wondering, even picked up shoes and they still didn’t check on me. I walked out.

Came to this location to see if they had anything for my family. We asked Maddi and another girl 3 times or more for a size 5 in women's each time they brought us the wrong size. They we're rude and unprofessional. Ever since Kempton left it's been horrible. We're regular customers but prefer to go somewhere where they show more professionalism.

Came in to do some Christmas shopping and saw a hoodie I liked. I asked an employee for and XL and the manager Michael was standing behind us and in his earpiece without even checking told the employee helping me we don't. I looked at the display and it was an XL. Then the manager had the nerve to talk about me over his ear piece when I corrected them and had them give me the XL. People like this should be fired. No work ethic.
