I absolutely love the Charlotte Shop. I find they have a great selection of clothes, shoes, handbags, and jewelry for women of all age groups. The staff is friendly and dedicated to their customers. I was just in this past week and Lisa helped me find the perfect gift for Christmas. She even went above and beyond to call the Lancaster location to check for sizing. I will continue to shop at the Charlotte Shop and support a local business.

This is my charming ‘go to’ store for everything...amazing service, beautiful displays and awesome selection...Lisa and her staff are always extremely helpful and great to work with...my daughter and I always make a special trip to The Charlotte Shoppe several times a year from New Jersey...it’s always a great day of shopping!! Felt like the scene from "Pretty Woman"! I spontaneously stopped by this shop while out running errands. I was casually dressed in yoga wear and chose to leave my large LV tote locked in my car in the rear of the building, opting to put my credit card in my pocket and entered the store. After browsing for at least 10 minutes, I still was not greeted by the woman working. There was one other customer in the store she was interacting with and I was virtually invisible to her. Regardless how I was dressed and more significant than that, I'm a highly professional and reputable local woman. I saw several items I wanted to purchase for myself and others as Christmas gifts. Instead, I left the shop feeling very insignificant to them. I'll be certain to tell everyone I know what a discriminating experience I had.
