Ordered a Designer's Choice bouquet for my Mother, it was delivered on time and the flowers were beautiful! Had an absolutely exquisite rose as a centerpiece, and came in a wooden box instead of a vase - which I appreciated! It's both environmentally friendly and it can be utilized for other things.

My name is Jim but I post with my "Google username." I was planning to post a review for
an April event but Google alerted me that I had not completed my review for December, 2022! Thus that post of several days ago. Now to April, 2023. I needed a birthday bouquet placed on my father's marker at Oakwood Cemetery but, as previously stated, I live in Georgia. I called and Veronica patiently took my order. I asked if the bouquet could be placed on my Dad's birthday. Veronica made sure that the flowers were delivered to my father's marker on his birthday! They were beautiful and creatively arranged. She even took a picture for verification. Once again, I received outstanding service from her and from Chatsworth Florist! I continue to highly recommend this business.

My name is Jim but I post with my "Google username." I have had positive experiences with this florist in years past but never posted a review. In December, 2022, I needed a bouquet placed at my father's marker at Oakwood Cemetery but I live in Georgia. I called and an associate named Veronica carefully and efficiently took my order. I asked if the bouquet could be placed on the Saturday anniversary of my Dad's passing. I later learned that the Florist shop got very busy that day so Veronica took time on Sunday, her day off, to personally locate the marker and place my flowers! They were beautiful and very nicely arranged. She even took pictures for verification. THAT, fellow consumers, is EXCEPTIONAL service from that young lady and from Chatsworth Florist! I absolutely, highly recommend this store.
