Doors were locked prior to 8pm despite signs that say doors are locked at 9:30pm. Girl hiding in the back room finally came to the window and told us "that sign was put up years ago" and to go to Marathon for our snacks.

Ok so if you can see I’m trying to fill my car up with gas and everyone knows 87 is regular but on pump 8 it says 87 is premium and I was charged $5.17. I didn’t realize it until I was done filling up. The other pumps say 87 is regular but pump 8. There is something fishy about this so be aware that they are overpricing for regular. Pretty much the labeling is all wrong. I want to be refunded the amount I was over charged.

I prefer to get a printed receipt for gas purchase at the pump. Printers at the pump haven't worked in about 10 months. I finally complained and then stopped going here because the staff were generally rude about it to begin with. Like, how dare I? I had to stop back there today - after 4 months of going elsewhere - and the printers were still not working at the pump. So I made the comment that for $4.96 a gallon they can't have working printers? - and that the manager of the station would never be more than a gas station manager if she can't get something like this fixed after 10 months. This enraged the clerk and she literally chased me in the parking lot screaming that I would never be allowed there again. That's OK. Never planned to anyway. Didn't call her any names, no foul language, no threats, yet this is how she reacts - aggressively and choosing to escalate the situation by chasing after me after I had already left. And they are charging 60 cents more a gallon than nearby stations in the area just because they are next to the freeway - they can price gouge. Would give them no stars if I could. Hope they have the incident on video and don't delete it before I can file a complaint with corporate.

The female employee with Rainbow colored hair was extremely rude. She acted angry and wouldnt answer simple questions. I like this Chevron but I'm not returning in the morning during her shift
