All of the refrigerator stuff is always warm. Drinks are always warm room temperature. I've mentioned it to them many times and they seem not to care.

Yeah, the other reviews are right. Card info is definitely being stolen here. It's a credit card, so it's fine, but wow, that's a lot of fraud.

Wow. Just wow Is the one word I would give this customer service. I spoke with a black woman cashier (I didn’t get her name) about some car backing up into me and I wanted to abtain the footage and she told me come back after 12pm because her manager is not here right now (mind you this happened at 7:30 am!!!), I get there at 12:30 mind you I am regular polite customer, come to ask for her manager “Mel” she’s on lunch and will be with me in 5 minutes, i wait for a good 10 minutes and she isn’t there again so I ask for her personal phone number and they claim they don’t know it so I ask for corporate’s number so I can have something done about this and they give me some tacky number to another managers number located in Arizona…I don’t get it! I’m just an 18 year old kid who wants justice for the damage on my car!! Horrible customer service will NEVER fill up here again.

Avoid at all cost!

Staff is rude, car wash is awful and it seems every time I have used a debit/credit card - it always get fraud within 24 hours.

This place needs to be shutdown for good.

I wish I could contact the manager directly. Unfortunately, had a very negative experience. My car had broken down on a very hot day with a baby inside and the cashier continued talking to his friend after I explained I needed help buying a gas can. He was also very rude. My husband has gone here before but perhaps the cashier treats men better? I'm not sure,but I'll definitely be praying for this place. God can do anything. 🙂

Don’t ever come here. Horrible attitudes by staff. Almost went into limp mode and needed def.. called to verify they had some, lady at first had no idea what it was, then got frustrated and said no. Well seizing they sell deisel I had to find out. Sure enough as soon as I get there they have a full shelf. and will most likely get your card info stolen. Hadn’t been here for a few years Been like this for years and still nothing changes. Wish I give negative rating

Clean store with friendly staff. I filled up with gas while in town for work and lost my receipt. Called in to see if they could email me a copy and the manager was able to look it up and email it to me while I was on the phone. She was very nice and helpful. Thanks so much you guys rock!

Horrible customer service.
I bought the spiny disgusting toy here, once it was added to the cart I notice it said $9 upon noticing that I asked to remove it from my list of things I was buying the cashier refused and said they do not refund and I argued that I have not bought it yet. He said that he has already completed the transaction. I said its unfair and I was not done and that the price for the toy is outrageous. The cashier called me "Jafar" and stated that I should first check the price tags before buying. I suggest anyone to shop for gas and other small items that you typically find in gas stations else where.
