We are locals. The Oxford Exchange Chevron is one of our standard stops for snacks, coffee & donuts, boiled peanuts, ice, drinks & beer. It has always a been a well maintained facility, inside & out! Employees are always quick & polite.

I stopped in this store tonight about 11:15 to get gas the clerk was outside smoking and talking to two men she saw me go in the door and never offered to come wait on me I had to go open the door and look at her. Then after she waited on me she went back outside to talk to these men. While I am pumping my gas a see another man on the dark side of the building with a hoodie as if he is waiting to rob someone. I was angry at the cashier for not waiting on me but concerned about her safety. So as I left the store there was a cop in the Ross's parking lot so I pulled over and told him he went over to patrol. I think the manager needs to know this is not the first time I have been in this store and the same cashier not be paying any attention. First it is rude and not good customer service but it is a safety issue when you work nights.

Clean store with friendly staff, but the bathroom looked like a disaster area. Trash cans over flowing, tons of water (hopefully) on the ground. No signage to warn about the wet floors. Parking and pumps are very tight. Hard to move around.

Cashier was extremely rude. She seen me standing there waiting to check out and continued to finish what she was doing on her phone, then dropped my ID on the counter and walked off. Terrible customer service.

This store is suppose to be 24/7
Well today 3-12-2020 at 11:30pm this store is closed. All lights turned off on the outside with doors locked.
