I come to this Circle K often. Tonight I came for a polar pop and always get lemonade ? I went tonight and it was out. I made my polar pop (with the slush and lemonade) and tried it before I paid and it tasted like water. It didn’t have an out of service sign. When I mentioned it to the worker he had attitude and said “oh yeah it’s out” I questioned him and said “why don’t you have a sign on it.” He rolled his eyes. I’ve been to circle k multiple times and they always have the sign on the soda if it’s out. Very disappointed.

I stop into this Circle K frequently and have been forced to write this review after multiple experiences of poor and rude customer service. Today my experience was with Gina. Waited in line to be treated disrespectfully, wouldn’t let me finish speaking before interrupting and proceeded to not know what I was there for before of her disrespectful mouth. I had to repeat myself a few times because she was so focused on being rude. Manage your staff better please and provide employees like Gina some basic customer service training.

I enjoy shopping in this convenient store and getting the cold beverages. I noticed random acts of kindness to people with disabilities. The staff are professional and kind. All the staff and managers I have met have been great! Manager Chanel, and team; Terry, Joe, Fern, And Michaela have been awesome. You guys rock! Thank you so much for all you do!

This is one of the best Circle K’s in Tucson! The location is perfect for picking up coffee on the way to work in the morning. The store is always clean and the staff are very friendly.

Highly suggest people don’t pump while sitting in their car. I made the mistake and fuel was pouring out down the side of my car and it discolored my tire. And I’m not the only one this has happened to. So next time you see a yellow bag around a nozzle and kitty litter on the ground you know exactly what happened.
