Great new ownership! I was a bit nervous after Gary's changed ownership, I had been going there for a while but I have been pleasantly surprised.
The staff is sweet and knowledgeable with the products they sell.
I recommend getting your meat here, prices are good , you know the meat is fresh and they sell good quality.

Best Meats in the Poconos!
Excellent family butcher in Stroudsburg.
Great meats and home made foods with cheerful, friendly, professional service from Mark the owner and all his team. They will cut their mouthwatering steaks exactly as you like. Try their delicious Kielbasa or double smoked bacon! Scrumptious!
This is the place to go for all your BBQ needs. Its all there!

Citeras is the best butcher shop in the poconos by far! The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. The best bacon I've ever had, and I eat bacon almost every day. ( get the double smoked!!) The prime steaks are amazing! They're ring bologna is awesome! I stopped buying meats from the grocery store. Yes, you pay a little more, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Got some burgers..man they were awesome. Cooked them in some nice hot cast iron pan with a little bacon fat. Delicious. I wish I would have taken a pic, but we chowed down on them too quickly..lol will definitely be back. Friendly and accommodating staff.
