Will never go back. Its a shame you have to give 1 star. Literally just left there. We ordered 4 new tires for our horse trailer over the weekend to be installed today. Figured I'd save them some time and just took the wheels in so they didn't have to jack it up and remove em. I arrived went in and was talking to Patrick, asked if they would put in my ttpms in. He said yeah but they wouldn't work because they can't turn them on. Then he gave me a bill for $40 to install them. I figured since they won't work, just forget it. Went out to my truck and waited for tires. Got a text and call saying they were done. Went in got slip from Patrick he came out to load them. When he was putting them in my truck I noticed they still had the 10+ year old valve stems. I said "I thought you were going to replace them?" He said "We only replace them if they are bad, but we can if you want? They are $8". I had to show him online that they were included and then he said I could leave them but they wouldn't be able to get them anytime soon. I was getting a little mad so I just left. At the red light I looked at my receipt and right in the middle it states in their "TIRE SERVICE PACKAGE- FREE WITH TIRE PURCHASE:
MOUNTING, COMPUTER BALANCING, RUBBER VALVE STEM & ROTATION" Which now that I'm home I noticed none of my tires have weights stuck to them. So I got 4 perfectly balanced tires that aligned with my old wheels and old valve stems! I should buy a lottery ticket, never heard such a thing!

I needed a new set of 4 tires. I checked around for prices. Although most places had similar prices, the fees (installation, balancing, recovery fees, and tax) from other tire stores ballooned the price. CJ's had the best total price. After checking reviews of their different brands, I scheduled installation. I was taken immediately and was out the door within the hour.
I can't review the tires themselves yet since they were just put on.

I have never used the CJ Tire on Glocker Way and I went in due to what I thought was a potential flat tire. There was a screw in the tire. They removed the screw but it wasn’t barely long enough to penetrate the tire, so they didn’t charge me for anything! Not even to look and remove the screw! Excellent customer service, super kind and fast! Definitely recommend!

Great service. Called in the morning for four new tires. They had them by early afternoon and I stopped after work the same day and within an hour they had an alignment done and installed the four tires. And their pricing beat the local tire shop I have been using for the past 25 years.

Walked in for an oil change. They were able to get it started pretty quickly. The drain plug needed to be replaced, which they did. They old me I'd need tires in maybe a few months, depending on how much I drive. I asked for some options and the employee spent plenty of time going over various options and price points. The entire event was about an hour and 15 minutes. I waited in their store and used their wifi to get some work done.

Service was fast and pricing fair. However two of my valve stem covers were lost and not replaced when I went in for a double tire install and rotation. They also bent my rim installing the tire. Would have been better off spending more elsewhere to not have to deal with this. Still have yet to be compensated for the damages.

Just had Four tires put on. Called the day before to make sure they were there. Got in at 9:45. Just leaving at 12:30. One guy on it the whole time. Totally inexperienced and very slow. CJ’s is great but this is the second tome to this store I was very disappointed. Manager could care less too. If you use them just stay away from this store.

Over the weekend I order tires . I made appointment for 12-3-2024 at 10:30 at Coventry location. I got there about 30 minutes early. The gentleman inside asked me if I need help. I said I have appointment at 10:30 and showed him my appointment time. He said we don’t take appointments. I said on line you can make appointments he said corporate for some reason does that . I will not deal with them at all. Waste of my time. I will make sure I tell friends and family not to go there .
