My daughter has been asking for her second piercing for quite some time. We did a walk in at this location and I’m so happy we did. Bianca was so sweet and walked us through the process and of course the aftercare procedures. Everything was cleaned and sanitized prior to her piercing or coming into contact with the ear. She was exact with the piecing placing and was sure we approved before proceeding. We really enjoyed our experience- Bianca was so kind and so professional I definitely recommend this location and I definitely recommend Bianca!

STAY AWAY!!!! I called and asked if I can bring my baby for piercing and if I would need an appointment or can I walk in. The lady on the phone assured me I could walk in.

I show up 45 mins later and she tells me since then people have made appointments so they can help us in an hour. (We could see no one was there at the time).
We step out into the mall and come back an hour later only to see the store is closed!!

There was no need to lie to us. She could have turned us away when we showed up instead of waisting our entire afternoon. Better still could have said that on the phone when I told her I am on my way.
If they couldn't help us they should have been honest and upfront.

Is the manager/ owner is reading this and you care about your business, fire the girl on the shift. It's the afternoon of Dec 18th 2023.

The girl who did the piercing for my daughter was fast and explained the process to my daughter and I. We have previously come to this location and at that time they had enough people to do both eat piercings at the same time which really helps when you have little kids.

Very bad customer service.
The staff is not experienced in ear piercing nor with talking to customers.
I had my daughter ear piercing done here, after going home I realized that the piercing was not identical on both ears, when I went there to get their opinion to fix it, the staff was not even talking properly.
They ar not trained to handle such situations or even guide customers.
She just said, it's not their fault, and you guys need pay again to do another piercing.
I am completely fine with piercing again and paying, but at least explain things properly!

- I went there to even out piercing on both my ears
- They did not have a measuring of any sorts for the same and opened the earnings without confirming the markings with me.
- Then charged me for the earnings a ridiculous amount
- And to add the customer service was pretty rude
- Definitely not the place to get piercings evened out, or even get done.
