I love this place. They just need to paint their restroom doors. This does not fit the status of this place. I didn't check on this trip so please forgive if this was taken care of.
I get my lunches from the hot counter all the times and it's good food.
What sticks out the most are the friendly cashiers.

Great local store, with everything from snacks to steaks to liquor and postcards. As out of town visitors, we were happy to find everything we needed in one spot. Jeff M. At checkout was super nice and helpful. Thank you, Clark’s!

Plenty of food choices. Excellent Deli and ok coffee options, reasonably priced for the location. Cool to weird staff depending on your perspective, mostly weird. Clean restrooms. Limited egg selection.

Great supermarket that is open fairly late, which is quite convenient. Everything was clean, well organized and the staff are very friendly. They also have really nice reusable shopping bags. Prices were a touch high, but I guess that is to be expected in Sedona.

i like this clark’s, it has friendly staff and things are organized..

their breakfast cart with the plastic wrapped food is, however, very unsettling.. why not use foil? it’s all sitting under a heat lamp for hours just baking all your breakfast burritos and sandwiches in really thin plastic.. no way that’s a good idea. seems like foil would be better, or paper bags? i can almost guarantee you’ll sell way more, i know i would buy them. just a thought.

This is a nicely laid out grocery store. Produce is fresh. There is a decent sized bakery section. There is a large beer, wine and liquor selection. Prices on products range from reasonable to very inflated, depending on what the item is. (eg a liter of soda water was $2.39 when most places have the same item for about half that price).

Very clean and well stocked market. Everything looked fresh. I wish we had similar market in California. We got coffee and food. Reasonable prices.

Been going to this grocery store for over 16 years, back when it was called Webers and there was a DvD store right next door. Overall have almost always had a pleasant experience with the staff here. However, during a one off incident in which a notification window on self check out prevented the initial scan of my first item. The Attendant at self check out asked the woman standing behind me if she was my Mental Health Caretaker, implying I was mentally deficit. For reference I am not elderly nor underaged and am in no way disabled. Leaving this review as I believe this was highly inappropriate and insulting. Turns out, if there is an error on the self check out machine, the only explanation is that the customer must be mentally challenged and simply unable to shop on their own. I’d hope that in the future, Such comments would be withheld in the event that the customer in question WAS mentally impaired and such words only served to further dishearten them.

Edit: Unfortunately, while that would be quite the generous assumption on behalf of the attendant, I left out specific details to avoid smudging m/insulting anyone who does attend the specific mental health services mentioned by the employee. What she asked the other customer specifically was if I was under the care of Red Mountain Sedona, a drug rehabilitation/mental health facility here in the VOC. She mock covered her mouth and seemed to loudly attempt a whisper at the customer behind me as if I and every other customer couldn’t hear what she was saying just a foot away. She went into detail about whether the woman behind me worked there and if she was my caretaker/guardian. She said it with an extremely flat tone of voice and made no expressions hinting any kind of joke or lack of seriousness. After the person behind me expressed concern/confusion at what was said, the attendant quickly just walked away. Thank you for your polite and prompt response to my review, But reading through the other reviews on this Store it seems many of the bad interactions stem from this particular employee and her actions are justified and excused with convenient assumptions so readers will shrug off negative comments on your business. Frankly this is unacceptable and the specifics of the question asked and the manner in which it was said show zero indication that it would have been a joke by any means. I’m not entirely sure what would be so funny about making fun of the young adults that attend Red Mountain that are also regular patrons at your store? This is such a strange response to what had happened. I find it extremely weird that you would even figure that to be a joke in the first place.
