Claudia’s lacks integrity. Not a place to come to for your 15, or sweet 16 or any type of event needs.This women is a joke of a business owner. Only bring your business here if you want to deal with the stress, headaches and run arounds she'll give you. 0 stars is what this place gets. Please lady go take a business course maybe it will teach you some integrity.

We paid a lot of money for my daughter sweet 16 and her dress was beautiful but fail to make minor adjustments that my daughter specify from the beginning when we informed her that it was made incorrect she tried to charge us extra for her mistake.
We also purchased a package and she knew it was a sweet 16 but made everything for my 15 años and wouldn't take responsibility and wouldn't admit she was wrong. She would say miscommunication. ALL around a bad experience for my baby totally uncalled for she ruined my daughter's day before the day...

Very bad service. I really regret having had business here.The owner gives a date to receive what you have purchased from her and then she just have you waiting and waiting . And changes the date on you and still gives you attitude because she feels pressured bacause you call her to ask when will you receive your stuff. I do not recommend this business if you have an event or any purchase if you don't want to experience a nightmare.

If i could give this place a -100 stars i would. people DO NOT come and get business in this place. Claudia is very unprofessional who needs to take Customer service classes to learn how to treat people run a business and 100 percent learn how to take measurments. She has no clue what she is doing all she wants is your money and once she gets it she doesnt care if you recieved the right size outfit you rented. My son is a size 36 waist and she gave him a size 31..when i called the day of the event to tell her about it she was very sarcastic...didnt care about my sons needs and pretty much told me...TOO BAD. She gave me a date to go pick up and measure my sons suit. I left work early fought awful traffic only to find out 5 min prior to arriving to her place that she did not have the suit until the day after ..did not care to call and advice me of this and did not care or have compassion for what i had to go through that day. Again...PEOPLE DOOOOO NOTTTT COME TO THIS PLACE....IT SUCKS.. BUSINESS SUCKS AND QUALITY SUCKS....you will regret it if you do. CLAUDIA SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau...
CLAUDIA IS A HORRIBLE PERSON WITH A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND FOR SURE DOES. NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS..SHE WILL 100 PERCENT RUIN YOUR EVENT. I WILL RATE HER NEGATIVE 100 THAT IS HOW BAD HER SERVICE IS.

Too many issues to list. But the biggest one is the lack of communication from the owner, the attitude, and the lack of coordination with vendors for an all inclusive package. So many regrets about using this business.
