Wife went in for a dress to wear for our sons wedding. After shopping around we had a hard time getting other stores to understand what my wife was looking for. As soon as we walk in to this shop we were greeted by the owner her self. My wife explained that we had been having a hard time finding a dress. Gigi the owner knew exactly what my wife was looking for and pulled out a few dresses for her. Gigi helped my wife with suggestions and she even made some very helpful suggestions. Any work you need done on a dress is done in-house. She has dresses for all occasions. I mean allllll occasions. She has accessories as well. You need quinceañera crowns, she's got you. You need some earrings, bracelets? She's got you. You in a bind because of time? She's got you. Her prices are very reasonable and she is very patient. My wife says she wasn't afraid to ask any questions. Gigi made her feel super comfortable and she enjoyed the experience very much. Recommend this store 100%

I've been buying dresses for my daughter for 3 years now for all her HS dances. Claudia's Closet is always our 1st stop😊 Customer service is always awesome&they always have thee most beautiful dresses. We just got my daughter's Senior prom dress its absolutely gorgeous!! After seeing that they did alterations, I brought in a few things, and Claudia’s Closet was able to accommodate my needs for a different than usual project (shower curtains.) I had the curtains back in two days and the price was reasonable. Thank you!

Staff is rude and only willing to help kids with prom only . I was looking for a wedding dress . FYI people get married through the year and not once a year like prom.

Not the worst place but very difficult to work with. This place never picks up their phone or answers on their FB page. Picked up my dress and I wanted It hemmed more at the bottom. She seemed very unhappy to do it. She kept telling me no that’s how the dress is suppose to be. But in my head I didnt want my dress to drag so much on the floor. She has a way of talking to you like she knows better and like I didnt know what I was talking about. Just didn’t feel good after I spent $500 there.

I went with a group of friends to look for prom dresses. We walked in and a person was at the front desk, he was nice. We walked more in the back by the dressing rooms and it went bad. I'll cut it short and say if you're bigger than a size 5, it is really uncomfortble in that store.
