Clothes Mentor is my favorite place to find great clothes at very affordable prices. And they often have special sales like today they had a 90% off certain merchandise which was so exciting. This is only my experience buying and not selling but I found this to be a nice outpost of the chain. Easy to shop and well organized. Very friendly and helpful staff and left with some really great finds with prices I was really happy with. Will definitely add to my second hand shopping rotation!

I had a great experience at Clothes Mentor Springfield! The staff was so helpful and was able to keep hold of a bag I wanted while I continued shopping. I absolutely love my new Doc Martens bag, it will be with me throughout student teaching and post graduation. It was a dream come true finding this bag second hand and in such good condition. I cannot say enough thanks about this store 🙂

This is hands down one of my favorite places to shop and one of the best resale shops around. They have excellent selection and amazing deals, especially when they have sales. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and I always find something awesome.

Likely due to theft the store no longer allows carts/baskets and is constantly approaching to take your items behind the desk. I found a high demand piece I was really excited about and it magically went missing behind the desk and “cannot be found” which is really unfortunate and feels like due to increased demand was not wanted to be sold at that price or taken by an employee as everything else I selected was there. The manager promised a call back and then didn’t bother which does not seem like honest practice. They do have a great selection and good finds otherwise.

I have been shopping at Clothes Mentor for about five years now. The Springfield location is the best. The managers and the staff are so friendly. They take their time to help you look for what you’re looking for. The prices are awesome. I will never go to another location. I went to the Westchester location on Black Friday. And they were very rude and very disrespectful. I travel a whole hour to get no good quality clothes. Please shop at this location. You will not be disappointed.
