Prepaid for multiple Ultimate Car Washes and came in for the service before taking the family out. If I wasn't on a time crunch, I would have taken it back. Was it because I didn't purchase a $300 detail or upgrade even more. These photos are right after the service. Dust, dirt, crumbs, smudges, etc. How did this pass final inspection?

I am a dedicated monthly member of the Cobblestone location on Indian School and Litchfield. They always do a fantastic job. There are several outstanding employees going from the starting line to the finish line. One of their standout employees is Lorenzo at the finish line! He always makes sure I'm good to go before I pull out and you can tell he really takes pride in his work! Even the employees inside behind the counter have the big job of making sure the free popcorn is plentiful. I love this location.

I bring our cars here once per year for the works! Oil change with additional routine maintenance and an excellent car wash in/out. Jason and Chandler have been working every year when I arrive and they treat me respectfully and I feel cared for. They offer services that are recommended but never pressure me or make me feel like I made a poor decision. Plus, the windshield wipers they sell are absolutely the best! In this AZ heat they normally don't last long but mine are still going strong after 2 years. My car always looks and feels new when I drive away. The staff all work very hard and even with all those services I'm usually here just over an hour. Prices are very reasonable and they stand by their work. They even put air in my tires today. ❤️ I feel safe on our annual road trip after bringing my car here, and I will return!

My wife and I own a Ram and a Honda Civic and we brought both in to the Cobblestone in Goodyear (Litchfield and Indian School) this past week. The Ram just needed a wash and a little interior detail..the Civic needed a lot more since I have kind of neglected the non-mechanical things like washing and vacuuming. The headlights were cloudy, the inside was messy, the outside needed a good wash. This cobblestone and the employees did not disappoint! The Ram looks great but it wasn’t bad to begin with but the Civic looks amazing!! The headlights look brand new, the inside, not a dirty spot, the outside looks fantastic!! It was not cheap but it was worth it, the time the crew put in on this car is very much appreciated. I wish I had taken before pictures of the Civic to show how much of an improvement it is.

We have had an unlimited multi-vehicle membership for years which we will most likely be canceling due to the treatment received from manager “Fabian Felix” at this location. My husband was requested to pay $20 at time of service for “mud prep” prior to driving through the car wash. I’m sorry but why do I pay for a monthly membership if I’m going to be up charged at time of service? No detailing was requested this was merely to drive thru the wash. Absolutely insane. Felix was sarcastic and patronizing, even bad-mouthing fellow west valley Cobblestone managers for not taking care of their tunnels when my husband explained we have never been requested this before. After calling corporate I was informed there should be no additional charges with a membership wash. This location should be investigated for fraud. The employees are probably doing this to hundreds of patrons and pocketing the cash. Shame on you!

just left Cobble Stone and they were slammed but the service did NOT disappoint ‼️ Salvador was respectful and took the extra time to amoral the running boards on my Nav. The windows are very clean no streaks and the inside looks sharp and smells amazing ❣️ Totally worth the unlimited Platinum package I got for $40 a month and this is the 2nd time in two weeks I’ve been there for the full Platinum Srvc.

I brought my car in for an oil change and wash and it was the best service in the valley!! Chandler Brown was extremely knowledgeable and kind and truly made me feel like his most important customer of the day. I will come back for every service as long as Chandler is there to make it perfect. My car looks and runs amazing!
