My fiance put her ring into a cleaner that wasn’t meant for diamonds and was really upset! I was so happy to hear confers was so kind to her and understanding. The ring looks as good as new now and I’m so happy for her! Thank you guys!! We will be back for future purchases for our bands and gifts.

When I tell you they have the best service here don’t go anywhere else!! I just got engaged and used a sterling silver cleaner that you were not supposed to put diamonds in. My fault but I cried all night long. Came to confers in the morning so stressed but the ladies in there keep you so calm and they’re so sweet. My ring was so yellowed and it came out looking shining and perfect as I first got it. I cried on my way home I am not going to lie I was so appreciative. Their talent, kindness, and customer service is unmatched.

Where to start? A full service jeweler with the best in-store experience I have ever had. Recently bought two rings from them, sold some of my gold and silver jewelry and am having repairs made to a few of my sentimental pieces. A very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, authentically friendly, engaged and helpful staff, and trustworthy jeweler. I’ve had excellent service experiences with everyone there including owner Montica, and staff Jason, Leesa and Mary. I feel so happy after my visits and can’t wait till the next time I go back. Top notch customer service and shopping experience and a nice selection as well!

It was just about the perfect experience coming to Confers! Mary was excellent in making sure I was comfortable with my selection. She helped me through the whole process and made sure I was educated on all the options and she was able to work with my budget to get the perfect item. The whole staff was helpful and the atmosphere was so much fun. Five stars isn't enough!
