Great customer service. Very clean location. Staff is very kind and helpful. I order through Doordash and the order is ready in a minute. I have had many cookie here and they are so big and tasty. I don't know why people give low ratings. I have the cookies sitting out for over a day and they are still very delicious. I do want to go early morning to see if I can get them fresh out of the oven. That would be awesome. Doordash does have Happy Hour from 2-5 right now for 30% off. 10/10 would eat over and over again.

Everyone needs to come and try these amazing cookies! I got them for my daughter's birthday party ( instead of cake ) and they were gone in minutes.
We loved the selection and variety of flavors, just wanted to let you know.
Amazing staff is there to help you pick
out cookies, so friendly and knowledgeable, makes it real easy.
You have too try them for yourself!

The best cookies you can get that are fresh and tasty and just like your grandma made. My favorite is the chocolate chip. They also have a coke machine and sell merchandise like a gift shop. We have a cookie cutter because the cookies are large

Everyone loves this place. Cookies are wonderful but very expensive. We ordered for our daughter's school party: 30 students, couple teachers & aids. So we ordered 3 dozen cookies for about 35 people. Uhmmm, no joke, $150 DOLLARS! For cookies 🍪! Apparently, one cookie is supposed to be for 4 people ( they are rather large). 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 stars but I doubt we'd go back. WAY too expensive!

Disappointed.
We bought a dozen minis. The mini cookies are dry and waste of money.
Service wasn't great. The employee didn't know the menu for minis on the screen and was too insistent on her being right instead of listening or reading. Atmosphere was clean but nothing spectacular.

Their cookies are normally soft and moist, always great tasting in the Redlands location. The minis are an awful representation of their brand.

This trip was a waste.

A quick trip to try these but was a bit disappointed. Dry, cold, good flavor but I was expecting it to be fresher or just better. Edit... I did come a bit later after lunch so mixed the fresh ones I guess.
