Worker was polite and helpful. She said the cookies were baked this morning which for me unfortunately it’s hard to believe. Once I saw the cookies I didn’t even opt out for not getting any. I opted out for getting one less cookie because I saw that they were older and overcooked. It was offered for the pastries to be warmed up, however I didn’t want them warmed up because I like to eat them later as a sweet treat. Once I got in my car I tried both flavors and they were rocksolid. Way to old to be sold. I’ve had these cookies before and I love these cookies but unfortunately I won’t be returning. $15 for three cookies is the new normal I get it, but it would be nice if the consistency was there. Annoying having to have paid $15 for olddd cookiessss whatttt im upset. Was really looking forward to these cookies.

I LOVE THE COOKIE PLUG!! Delicious and fresh cookies, amazing service and it always smells sooo good in there! I was picking up a dozen for my cousin’s birthday and they packed it up in a birthday box!! Absolutely amazinggg 10/10 I love this place

I originally thought this was a random spot for cookies, then realized it's a chain starting in LA, which makes way more sense. I think the vibe/culture is wasted on the aging demography of Coachella valley. Makes sense why I never see it busy. That said, I love the hip hop theme and the cookies are bomb! Thick and full of flavor. Can't eat them not warmed up because they do harden quick.
They get four stars because the storefront set up seems bare and uninviting. There isn't a menu, minimal signs to navigate me through the experience and a random fridge with what I think has cookie dough but has no description. Even the stickers you can purchase have to price listed. Just get cookies and bounce, that's all you need.

Awesome little place…the cookies are huge and yummy…bought 4 of them to try strawberry cheesecake, cookie cream,bambam, and firecracker..so if in the mood for a good treat defiantly check them out…really recommend them

Even though it took a while to try this place I can confirm it is a fun spot to visit and get some cookies. Cookies are on the pricier side but you are paying for experience and top on the line cookies. Cookies are not little by any means so with two you should satisfy your sweet tooth.
