A delightful store with a dazzling collection of both high end supplies difficult to find elsewhere, and standard kitchen necessities.

Great for gifting.

The inlaid wooden cutting board and cast iron Dutch oven my SO bought from here years ago as a present is still, to this day, a beloved addition to our kitchen and some of the most wonderful gifts I've received. It was a thoughtful purchase, useful and practical, tasteful and beautiful.

Ordered on Nov 5th. Item never shipped but account charged. My emails and calls are unanswered. Want a refund and cancellation immediately but they won’t answer. Do not buy from them.

Their hours posted say 10 am on Saturday. Went there at 11:15 and it was locked… Called no answer. Seems odd during peak Christmas shopping hours. They also have a rude sign on their windows chastising people about theft. Do you really think thieves are reading that My guess is after reading other reviews is that they’ll be going out of business. Not soon enough, I say…

Don’t go to this store, because they will never refund you when you need to return it, even you return it within 30 days, in the original condition, with the original receipt. The old lady was very rude. Also, the knife set I bought is sold on Amazon with 40% of their price (after a discount)!

They’re still selling items they don’t have in stock. Haven’t been able to get any response via phone or multiple emails. Trying to cancel now, but no response on that either. Thankfully I put in on my credit card so I can easily dispute. Figured I’d give them the chance before they get stuck with the returned credit fee, but I guess not ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order. Like many other reviewers I placed an order before the Christmas holidays and it was a good deal (though not better than other Black Friday deals for the same item). It’s been over two months and the item still hasn’t come. The worst part is they’re very defensive and seem to think this type of customer service and delay is normal — no email updates, and every time I call I’m told I should receive it in the next week. If I don’t get it in the next week I’m going to try to cancel the order and get a refund. Either way, I will absolutely never order from here ever again.

I thought I was supporting a small business - now I am worried I lost money to an online scam.

I ordered my wife a Christmas present on Black Friday. This was the one big thing I was going to get her. Before I made my purchase, I spoke with someone on the website who told me the item was in their stock and would ship immediately. I STILL haven’t received it. It has been almost three months since I place my order online.

They have ignored almost all of my emails. They have responded once or twice saying things like the suppliers office was closed for a week, or we’ll send it right out, or maybe we can find the item in some inventory they have. Every time I call the store, the “online” person “isn’t there” so they won’t help me.

But mostly they just ignore my emails until I threaten to ask my credit card company to help. Then they reply and tell me they’ll get right on it. But they still haven’t shipped my order.

Maybe they fulfill some orders, but my experience has felt like the classic online website scam.

I would 100% never purchase anything here again. This experience has been horrendous.

I think this review finally got their attention. After ~3 months, I finally received my order.

Edit 2:
I am not happy that the owner of the business decided to publish information about where I live. Perhaps their intention was to just share that they did ship a part of my order earlier, but to me, that feels like retaliation for my review.
