Old man was pretty cool but the younger Middle aged gentleman was very rude and weird in his demeaner, did not feel welcomed there and seemed to know it all and argue w me. I don’t feel it necessary to go into it too much but treat others the way you want to be treated especially those that give you business!

Best selection, great pricing, if they don’t have it. I’ll get it for you. I said my entire workforce there for their boots. Go local business. Keep up the good work. They have the selection no one else in town has.

The older man (father) asked me if I was Central American after I bought the boots and said it was because a person of that ethnicity tried to haggle him before.
I think it’s strange how the cashier racially profiled me even after I paid for the items I came for.
Later in the day I called to let them know how awful I felt their customer service was and the younger man (son) tried to normalize the mild racism by saying his father is in his 70’s.
I really don’t recommend coming to this place if you even resemble any Hispanic descent.

Waited way too long to buy my shoes here, I think Because it’s $$$. (My Mistake)! When I finally purchased a pair of shoes here the service and quality made it worth every penny. Very knowledgeable and friendly service, takes customer service back to the golden days.

Asked about some running shoes I was trying to find, they weren't in stock and without putting any money down they ordered my exact size and even did curbside delivery to my car. They also charged me below retail. Great store great service, great selection.

Awesome family owned store. The reviews regarding their customer service is accurate - they’re very good and determined at helping you get into the right pair of boots, shoes, etc. Prices are also very good, better than online shops from what I’ve seen.

We always buy shoes out of town since there is not much selection in town. However, we tried to stay local this time and check out this shop.. and the customer service was the worst i have seen so far in this town. The guy that helped us pretty much kept saying if we could “afford the $160 boots” or any shoe we would looked at calming “they aren’t sneakers or tennis” shoes. Very uncomfortable shopping experience... he kept making remarks like that even after i kept saying yeahh I know shoes are expensive I’m wearing $200 tennis shoes. He even said they are talking to long im going on break. We where only there like 20mins. Despite the horrible service I ended up buying because i was in desperate need of good work boots and no time to go out of town but never again will i go here and I recommend no one does either..
