I’ve occasionally dropped in over the last 7 years in the area. I would think it’s a one off time that a staff member is super rude when asking basic questions about items or promos. But no, there is just as a whole attitude issue with the sales associates here every time I’ve come in. In addition there is never the larger kids sizes we needed so super inconvenient. I’d also throw out there they are told to up charge you with all the additional ad ons like , bottles, totes, whatever thing etc, and seemingly was made to feel bad with eye roles for not purchasing them… felt like I answered so many questions while trying to purchase one thing it’s so unnecessary. Just put it in the screen to say yes or no.

Staff is rude, hard for them to fold clothes that we look at. How are we supposed to shop without looking at each style by opening them? This is the second time of bad experience. Never coming back to this store again, better off shopping online.

Just bought clothing for my kid. Ask for fitting room. Sale person was a young girl. Unlocked the fitting room then kicked the door Then when she was changing us she was very rudely took the money and made few remarks. Never go there again.
