I purchased a sweet 2006 Lexus. I was pleased with the price, low mileage and condition of vehicle. The fact that there was a mechanic on the premises seemed to make the decision even more inviting.

I took my new car home, proud to drive such a well maintained vehicle.
However one cold morning it did not start! I only owned this vehicle for 13 days!

I notified my salesman Andrew, shared my dilema, and he suggested a visit
from their special mechanic who make home visits!
YES!
My car started after my special mechanic arrived using jumper cables.
I drove to the Car lot for evaluation, charge over night, or a new battery?
Good news. They installed a new battery and did not charge me!

Ty and Andrew are amazing. We have bought 3 vehicles from cottonwood auto sales. A Camry, Mazda B3000 and a Jeep liberty. We drove all 3 for years after we were done making payments. My daughter bought her first car ( Hyundai ) thru cottonwood auto sales this last month. They got her in a first time buyer loan with a fair down and very low monthly payments. Ok after only Owning our Truck for 8mths I have to change my Review. It started 2wks after purchase. The Stabilization kept going off. After playing phone tag they informed me to take it too Autoworks in Prescott Valley. Spent 2,100 at Autoworks. Guess what still isn't fixed called Cottonwood a few More times. Was never returned calls after being Promised. To now the Truck is a Chevrolet in Prescott it will Cost 13,000 for a New Engine. I will Never Purchase here again. ONLY 8 MONTHS NOW LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT TRUCK
