Rude employees who obviously hate their jobs. I used to get subs made here a lot in the morning but every time I do, the employees act like I am asking them to move a mountain. Making a sub is not a difficult task, it is also part of your job to do so. Not sure why it is such a problem when someone ask you to do what you're getting paid to do. I now drive the extra few miles out of my way to go to Girard Country Fair.

They need to get it together. I will often drive past and go out of my way to avoid the aggravation. Stopped at 930 am 7/22/22. Was chaotic. The person who finally waited on me was rude and short enough that I checked her badge so I could report her. She was the manager! There were 5 other people in line. They were frustrated enough they were arguing with each other. Do yourself the favor of going to another store where they can keep up their deli, greet the customer and not walk away in the middle of your transaction unexplained. Note, I had a few items and a card in hand. Didn’t need anything but a greeting and receipt.

Stopped in at about 730 pm on June 2nd of 2023 and while the service was a little slow we had a decent amount of food to be made. While waiting for the food another employee named Bailey came from the back to help out the deli. While I appreciate trying to help, I watched you cut the green bell pepper and then smack it multiple times against the garbage bag in the garbage can that very clearly had garbage in it. While I know you want to get most of the seeds out, that is not how or where you do it. Pretty disgusted at this point and will not be going back to this location.

Like most places now- understaffed and everyone is stressed out. I hate coming in here. The boys that work there have always been nice. I feel bad cause there’s big notes on the wall telling staff how to sweep the floor and so on. I feel as though it is a bit degrading. Maybe management needs help? Also, remember to be grateful for the staff that you do have showing up to work.Customer service is important. I’m very polite, kind, and patient. Today I came in to get a sub and stood for 15 minutes patiently waiting. The blonde girl saw me but did not even acknowledge me. Finally she rudely asked me what I wanted. I just killed her with kindness.But seriously, customer service is getting so poor I will only order Things now if it can be done Online with no human interaction.

The prices here were more than FAIR. The boom boom sauce that you can get spread across your sandwich is an EXPLOSION of flavor in every bite. They have a SWEET selection of candy bars including multiple products from Reese. and the hot fries are FIRE. The folks behind the counter are some of the nicest in the COUNTRY. The soda in the big cooler shelf is POPpin off. This place was a GAS we’ll be sure to stop by again! The caffeinated brown material will keep you awake if you need that too. No pun inteded.

I visited on Saturday Jan 25th and the operator kept shutting off my pump because I was sitting in my car while pumping gas. Congrats on the power trip...ues you power trip to make me stand at the pump. Well congrats on losing my business...I went across the street and got my gas from Crosby's...and will always go there from now on. You just lost a customer that drives 30,000 miles per year. Good luck finding a new customer to replace me. What a shame.

First time ever visiting a country fair was today may 25th 2020. Upon entering the building I was asked to leave because I did not have a mask I was the only customer in the store. I am a truck driver and an essential worker. So I walked out to my truck to grab my mask walked back to the store and the door was locked. I will not ever stop at a country fair ever again.

Can someone from Corporate please tell this locations store manager Maria, to please exercise good hygeine The entire store smells of CAT URINE as she walks by customers...and I almost puked. Seriously, you're the store manager, it's called being professional and part of that is personal hygeine.
