The owner is great, helpful, and has a very good eye for fashion. My only hitch is I bought a beautiful pair of banana republic pants but they still have the theft prevention device attached at the hem near the ankle. It's Sunday and she's closed and I live in SF so it's going to be a big deal to return them to see if she can remove the device. 😕
