This place provided excellent service at a very good price. I thought my iPhone was broken beyond repair. I had been told ‘no chance’ by Apple. Brought it here after and they solved my problem. I was able to have a functional device and retrieve all of my data. The service rep at the store was highly knowledgeable and courteous. She listened to my challenge and delivered the result I needed.

We had issues with my girlfriend’s phone so we checked our options around the area. We definitely lucked out with where we went because we got to meet Corey! Within about 40 minutes including him explaining everything, her phone was good as new. He was very welcoming and easily ran us through the process of everything. I hope I won’t have to return because of broken devices, but if I do I know who to look for!

Had an appointment at 12:15, arrived at 12:10 to find the doors locked and no one there. Tried calling the number and no answer. An employee arrived at the store around 12:50 and helped the 2 gentleman that were standing at the door waiting. When I was finally helped at almost 1pm, I explained I had an appointment and had been waiting, and all I got was an "ok,what do you need?" Very unprofessional. Didn't ask for any of my information, just explained I needed to pay cash up front for a diagnosis eventhough I have insurance.
