Amazingly thoughtful, courteous and great waitress. Salad was amazing but temp on dumplings not even like warm and was one blob, salad was so fresh and well prepared though. Meatloaf way overcooked but edible. The young girl who checked us out was so friendly, witty and great at what she does. I will definately shop with her again.

We had the most amazing server named Raul. (I actually tried to make sure to compliment him to the manager but after waiting 10 minutes and seeing them stick their head out of the door and say ‘I think that’s her) and not come out I left. Apparently talking to customers isn’t very high on her priority list. But our server was absolutely wonderful

Belle was our waitress I will be asking for her every time now, she was like a warm hug. My family and I felt like we were at her home and she was serving us breakfast. It has been years since I’ve had service like that and cannot say enough good things. Y’all she was the best. She also knew what we wanted and needed before we even knew haha thank you for giving us a much needed morning out.

The waitress Gloria was the absolute sweetest and made sure our experience was perfect. She brought our drinks pretty fast & kept checking in with us in timely manner. The food was delicious as well & the peach sweet tea is amazing

I have always enjoyed their southern style cooking, especially going out in the weekends with some family. This time I tried their pot roast beef, man that's some good food, beef is juicy and soft. The only down side would be the place is always packed in the weekend, I kind wish they could feed hungry man like me faster haha ?. Overall love this place highly recommend!!!

Y'all forgot to pack my husband's Loaded Baked Potato in my to-go order. And you were too far for me turn around. I didn't check my bag before I left, bc I assumed it was all in there :(. I ate dinner in store with my 2 grandkids and got a to-go for my husband. I spent nearly $100. I know it's a small thing, but he ordered it with his salad and was very much looking forward. I paid for it, but I don't have my receipt.

Everything was awesome except at check out for my Sister and My Mom

Apparently, they questioned what the pay pad device was asking.

Someone who had been called up front to help cash out begrudgingly came ( Marrieanne ) and took her frustration out on my family because they asked what the device meant.

The cashier said " it means, how is my service? * because of the rudeness my sister swiped her hand in front of my mom to press NOT SATISFIED.

I HOPE it did not reflect the normal Cashier that had been kind.

This was the first time in a few years that we have eaten at the Guntersvilles location bc the food wasn't good and this time the food was a little better. Maybe it was what I got bc my husband got the chicken pot pie and said it was delicious also the biscuits were not even warm enough to melt butter. So this experience was so so again. I guess the waiter was the best thing of the evening. Sorry I can't remember his name.
