We have stayed here on 2 occasions when traveling to the redwoods. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is convenient: Ample parking, walking distance to the market and town. We like the surrounding area. It is green, clean with a nice small town vibe.

The rooms were clean and the overall facility was fine. There is a nice courtyard for guests to sit outside. There is a breakfast area where the morning fare is limited (cereal, toast, etc.). This was fine for us, but some travelers may expect more.

The front desk staff has been welcoming and reasonably friendly and helpful.

A few minor issues (hopefully the management reads these):

1. The water saving shower heads are not great. You don't get a very refreshing shower. I do appreciate the effort to conserve resources, but perhaps there is a better "middle ground" option for those fixtures.

2. Management seems to be a bit frugal with towels and toiletries. The shampoo bottles were half filled and possibly leftover from previous stays (we are guessing on this). We travel quite a bit and the best option for both the hotel and guests are the refillable wall-mounted pump bottles for shampoo, body wash, conditioner and lotion. Much better than issuing tiny plastic bottles…just a suggestion.

Clean and overall well-kept, and a good deal price-wise. As a single woman I felt safe and comfortable here. Staff is friendly and responsive, great little grab-n'-go style breakfast. My only suggestion is to get the jets in the hottub working, but I was so glad to get a soak!! I would stay here again.

Very helpful staff, very clean room and bathroom and a comfy bed. Hot tub was a nice warm bonus. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean and well maintained. The grounds around the property were also well maintained. Good continental style breakf|ast. Overall excellent.

Spent a month in California and this beautiful place was our favourite stay. After driving out of flood-causing rains in San Francisco, finally and randomly we arrived here, it was inexpensive and had a beautiful smoking room, a must for my partner, which didn't smell of smoke at all (which pleased me). After the chaos of hours of driving in a dangerous rain storm, I spent several hours in the hot tub which completely sorted out my body and mood. The quality of everything was excellent, such friendly people too. This was truly our best night of the month of driving around California, I can't recommend them enough!!!

We thankfully stayed at Creekside while working on a very challenging house renovation. Our stay there was an oasis of cleanliness , calm and beauty. The bed and pillows where fluffy and comfortable. The room was spotless. All the fixtures were new and high end. The shower and bath were delightful. The fridge and microwave worked well. There was an iron! And ironing board.

It was clear too that thought went into the decor...from the office to the charming courtyard with its splashing fountain, benches and swing.

Staff was unfailingly kind, patient and helpful. And smiling!

Thank you Creekside for making a hard trip WAY better. We have property in Willits, and will always stay with you when we need to be here.

Wonderfully comfortable bed, very clean and roomy, large tub and shower. Safe free parking. Breakfast is quick and adequate. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Lighting in the room could have been a little brighter. nice large table to work at. Overall very good and we will stay again next time in the area
