I am always somewhat hesitant to shop at small boutiques such as this one because they often do not carry plus size clothing but I was PLEASANTLY surprised of the inclusivity of Cross and Co. Boutique. Not only do they carry a large variety of sizes of clothing but they also carry clothing for every occasion. Whether you are dressing up or down, you are sure to find something that will make you feel amazing! Not to mention the helpful staff! Every time I go in they welcome everyone with a smile and are always willing to help you find what you need or make suggestions. The new store front is super cute also! Thank you for a great experience!!

Being called honey and sweetheart, over and over By somebody half your age that did not even seem sincere was rather demeaning, especially after you’ve been ignored for customers that came in after you is not very conducive to a good shopping environment. Truly should not matter what you’re buying or the amount every customer should be treated the same. I actually stood and waited while she waited on people that came in after me because I had two small purchases very unprofessional.

They have the comfiest jeans I’ve had and are worth every penny. They’re durable and will last you years. The staff is also always kind and helpful. I’ve been here a few times (less than five) and today an employee (Brit, I believe) who has helped me only once before remembered my jean size from last time I was there, which was about 3-5 months ago. The staff is always so kind and super helpful if you’re looking for something specific. Everytime I go here, I leave with a smile on my face.

I had an amazing experience while shopping!!! I can never find anything I like that fits. Kaitlin helped me pick the perfect outfit to wear to an event I am attending Friday. She was so helpful and I felt so wonderful in the outfit!!! I definitely will be back!!! ❤️

This is the best boutique I've ever been to. Their clothing is excellent quality and extremely affordable. The girls jumped in to help the second I walked through the door. Kaitlin was an angel. She was so patient and helpful finding me the PERFECT outfit and accessories for my upcoming trip. 10/10 recommend.
