This place could use a little tlc but it definitely adds to the charm. It's been there for years and I'm glad to see a local business thrive for so long. Dave is awesome and treats you like a friend, he has a lot of arcade games in there and is a pinball fan. Their sodas with shaved ice are amazing, just like a snowball and this is the only place I've ever seen an amonia coke. Didn't go in the slot room so can't speak to that. Did get an Italian sub and ham sandwich. Sub was pricier than expected but did taste good, ham sandwich price was right on par with expectation. Handful of staple corner store items. Plenty of parking. Great place to checkout and support local family owned options.

They need to pay more attention to the store and not so much on the slots.
Crowells has been a staple in martinsburg for many years and it would be nice to have our old crowells back.

I absolutely LOVE going to Crowell's! The service is wonderful, so friendly, and funny. These two men make you feel like a good friend everytime you walk in. I highly recommend it!!! ❤️

Excellent family run business. Excellent people and service. Now has the 1980's video arcade. Also carries household essentials and a excellent deli that makes hot/cold subs and sandwiches. I've been going there for 56 years. Highly recommend with free parking.

A true Martinsburg staple! The only place I’ve ever experienced an “ammonia coke” for an upset stomach. Store definitely has some age to it, but just adds to the experience lol. My in-laws have been coming here for generations.

I've had the pleasure of enjoying Crowell's for over thirty years now. The vanilla Cokes and subs are excellent. Mike and Dave really care about ther customers. Definitely worthy of a sixth star !

We are moving into the area and found the deli on Facebook. We had to try it! Only complaint was the soft roll, but we're originally from NJ where the rolls are made with water from the dirty Delaware! Lol And yes, our name is Crowell, pronounced Krull,although the owner told my husband he pronounces his own name wrong! Ha...we'll be back!

Haven’t been back since I was young. Still the best subs. My husband picked up a cold cut sub! It was delicious❤️.
