I recently had the pleasure of trying Crumbl Cookies in Milpitas, and it was an experience to remember! We indulged in a variety of flavors: the brookie, regular chocolate chip, coconut meringue, lemon drizzle, and birthday cake cookies. Each cookie was an absolute delight, gooey and soft on the inside with a perfect crunch on the outside.

The brookie, a combination of brownie and cookie, absolutely stole my heart. The regular chocolate chip was a classic, melting in my mouth with each bite. The coconut meringue had a delightful tropical twist, while the lemon drizzle offered a refreshing zing. The birthday cake cookie was the perfect celebration treat, capturing the essence of a birthday party in every bite.

Massive, delicious, warm cookies. I got a 6-pack with milk chocolate chip, lemon crinkle, strawberry pretzel pie, double fudge brownie, and sugar (candy egg). The milk chocolate chip was my favorite! It’s everything you could want in a classic cookie. The jam on the strawberry pretzel was also delicious and is my second favorite. Overall, I generally enjoyed all the flavors.

I did curbside pickup so I can’t say anything about the atmosphere, but the customer service could be a bit better. The guy handing my box looked miserable. Either way, great cookies and will be going back to try other flavors.

First time trying Crumbl and it's about what you expect for a gift cookie.

Looks nice and tastes fine. Wouldn't eat on any consistent basis but as a gift or a treat every now and then they're good.

Value isn't good but it's the novelty more then anything.

The single cookie sizes are bigger. Tresleeche cookie is extra . It was simple and ordering was easy. There is no line or waiting. Just place order and pickup in the counter. If you are doubtful of the size, check the display of cookies before purchasing. They are huge.

Incredibly clean,Lots of very new to the work force employees ( young kids) making ordering and picking up the cookies a bit awkward. With all that, someone needs to be greeting the patrons that come in, and guide them through the ordering process. It is difficult to order and understand how to pay, especially when you are paying with cash. Definitely a design flaw that should be reevaluated. But overall the cookies are the best of all time making the hassle completely worth it!

Molten lava cookies are amazing. We took the assorted 6 cookie box. One complaint is that the size of cookies is large and corresponding price is high. It would have been good to try different cookies of reasonable size.
