Every time I order here, my cookies come looking amazing and tasty! I hope you guys make the flourless chocolate cake more often, it was delicious! Love that it wasn’t super sweet. Ty for always handling everything with so much care.

Cookies are amazing and we probably get Cookies every 2 weeks. But this store lacks customer service. When I went to order this time, the girl on the register walked away seeing me waiting to order. then 2 other boys behind the counter kept looking at eachother that who will take the order. no hi or anything just taking order as if forced to. Last month, my husband went it was an hour before closing and they were baking new ones. The flavors we wanted were sold out so my husband could see they have already baked some for next day but they refused to give us saying no it is for tomorrow and he can only buy from the left over flavors. I understand if not baked but they were already baked and just sitting there. So many incidents like these. Please teach them to respect customers and make them feel welcomed. The Cookies are Amazing!!! and that is the reason we keep going back.

Picking up in-store and delivery are both seamless. Cookies are always top-quality and delicious, if you're ever feeling like treating yourself, they almost always have a cookie that'll do it. Pictured are the Strawberry Shortcake and the Triple Chocolate Chip. This is like our 5th order in 10 weeks lol

Extremely unprofessional young lady working here. I went in and placed an order as I do quite often. After waiting for 25 minutes they let me know that they were going to be another 25-30 minutes for what I ordered.Anyways I then asked for my money to be refunded in which the young lady thought it was funny and began to stare at me in a strange way. My frustrations were extremely high and I was then “refunded”. I waited for 3 days and no refund came through on my card so I reached back out asking for the cookies or for my refund and the same girl answered the phone and hung up immediately. I called back and someone different answered and mentioned that the refund had been processed. Here I am days after that and no refund has came through on my end. $31.97 to be exact. No cookies and no refund, I am extremely disappointed as someone who supported this business every other week and sometimes more often than that. This was my last time at this location and they are lucky google doesn’t allow 0 stars because they don’t deserve 1.

The cookie was great as always. But my not 5 stars is because there was a long wait due to a special Kardashian cookie week promotion I was unaware of. It seemed to be a good promotion for them because they were very busy. The kardashians aren’t my jam, but good on them for hitting it with their target market. Gotta respect the game.
