Stopped here, more like hobbled in, to get some help with menstrual cramps. After only 15 mins in this store I felt like a million bucks. Got some Lapis Lazuli and Rose Quarts and a few agates. The owner Mazebeh was lovely and super helpful. This place has some of the best crystals and fossils I've ever seen. So wonderful. Definitely the place to check out.

I've been shopping in Mount Shasta for about 25 years. Long before Crystal 🔮 Matrix arrived. However. I did en joy getting to Know the owner. Until "last" summer. I bought 2 Or 3 Stones from the owner. What was sold as
Andara. The "Andara" is Very Questionable. I bought 1 "Andara" from a woman who lives in Indaho. She calls her Self Leslie Vanderham/Hover. Funny thing several
Months later. I talked to 1 of the Owners who I've know for Many years. I was told it's Not Andara. It's Volcanic Glass. And the same Exact stones showed up in his store as Volcanic Glass. The Andaras are in my opinion
Very Over priced due to the Story that goes around.
So when I called Leslie to have a refund. I received No reply. When I Asked the Owner of Crystal Matrix about the "Anadaras" I bought from him about smoothing the edges. He told me he had a Tumbler Machine. So I dropped 2 peices to him to Tumble. When I came back
Within about 45 min. He showed me the Andaras. I was Shocked. Then he told me. Oh. I used a Grinder. And that was Obvious because he Destroyed the Orginal
Look And Energy from the stones. So. I said. I Will Not accept them. I want a Refund. Which he refused to do. So. I left the stones with him after coming back Several
Weeks later for my money back. He Again Refused.

This was last Summer. It's Now. December. And I had Long forgotten them. And Wrote it Off. Happenstance
I saw him last night here in Ashland. He brought up the
Stones. I was shopping. And had No Memory of them until I saw him, he brought it up. He Still has Not offered me a refund. In our conversation. I just said I don't want to talk about it. As he was trying to Justify his actions.
And I said it doesn't matter. Which is True. However. Business is Business. And I did pay him around $200.00
or More for our transaction. And in Reality of in The Big
Picture. It's Not important. And Again. I'll just write it off.

Yet. It Is Important to Share Experiences that are
Not within Integrity. I Wish him. All the Best.

I just met Mazebeh on a total whim. He was one of the only crystal shops open at 10:30am on a Thursday and I wanted to get some gifts for my kids who love crystals and stones. He carries everything from local to gems and stones from all over the world. I asked him for a recommendation for my 11 year old son and he connected with the divine spirit to choose exactly the right stone. And then he did the same for my 10 year old daughter and I had an experience I will never forget. He is an amazing man with a wonderful heart and magical powers. Visit him and his shop. You won’t regret it.

1 block off the main strip, I was immediately drawn to this very basic on the outside looking shop. The inventory was overwhelming. Not touristy. I approached Mezebah to guide me in choosing the crystal that I had come for. Which, I didn't have a clue. His ability to tap into my personal guides was extraordinary. I left feeling renewed and open to a new sense of purpose. And an awesome crystal!
