Good experience. The service was superior. Almost Chick-fil-A level (that's my gold standard). The burger was good. It's a smash burger so it got a little too crispy for my taste but I know folks like that so I'm not downing them on that. I got the grilled chicken too but it wasn't too impressive. Probably not getting that again. But I'd get another burger. The single patty wasn't enough so next time I'll get the double. The fries were great. The place was very clean. I was so impressed though by the service!

I had a great experience here—service was top-notch, almost on Chick-fil-A's level! The smash burger was tasty with a nice crispy edge, and the fries were excellent. The place was spotless, but the standout was definitely the exceptional service. Highly impressed!

Cold food. Came out too fast to be cooked to order. Couldn’t find a clean table. Place looked a mess. We eat at Culver’s over our travels in many states. I will say this meal was worse than McDonald’s. Sad to say. No complaint was made because the way it looked no one cared. Most workers looked like they didn’t want to be there.

The past three times I have ordered I have received the wrong items.
I order exactly the same thing and have for months.
But it is getting old not getting the correct order now.
I am disappointed.
Atlantic Cod Dinner with Slaw and Fries. NOT onion rings.
I rarely if ever leave a negative review but something needs to change at Culvers.

Was our first time!
Got the Bacon Deluxe and a Medium Concrete Mixer.
Burger was so delicious; the crust on the patties was incredible.
Good vibe; clean restaurant; fast service. Definitely eat here if you get a chance!

Turned me away as a disabled customer with children. They wouldn’t allow me to park in the waiting spots (15 spots UNOCCUPIED) because their handicapped spots were all used. They then accosted me at my vehicle while I was trying to buckle up my six-year-old so it was safe to drive. Female manager was EXTREMELY rude, as were a couple of staff members.

Culver's is heaven-sent. With consistently good burgers and cheese curds, there is a reason I come here at least once a week. If you have never tried it, you're missing out.
