I'm giving five stars simply because of my personal experience here. Can't vouch or give a recommendation to anyone else. Had a 0530 appointment and arrived at around 0030. The guard was real cool. Was planning on going to see if I could find parking elsewhere after I checked in then come back at appointment time but the guard gave me a door and said that I could open them at 0530 when the first shift comes in. Was very happy I didn't have to leave. At 0520 was told to open and they started right away. Turned my reefer off after about 15 minutes of no movement but they started back unloading 10 minutes later. Going to probably stay here to finish out my sleeper birth split. Kinda worked out perfectly. So overall, a good delivery. Changed my mind. This place eats azz. I thought they were finished because I felt no movement for about 2.5 hours then all of a sudden they started unloading again. So far 4.5 hours in the door on what should have been an easy unload.

Please don't come here, this place is very slower. My appointment was 5:30am and it's 11am and I'm still here... In addition you need to paid lumper, the worst place I've been...

I thoroughly researched this location by reading all the reviews before my arrival. My scheduled appointment was at 5:30, but I arrived five hours early. Upon arrival, the guard kindly allowed me entry and provided clear instructions: 'back into the door with the open door and they will unload you'.

I recently had a great experience with delivery at CVS in Somerset, Pennsylvania. I had an appointment at 9:30 a.m., and although I arrived a little earlier, I was quickly greeted. I was informed that unloading would begin at 10 a.m., which was just a slight delay.

I paid a lump sum of $100 for 7 pallets and was pleasantly surprised at how efficiently everything was handled. By 10:45, I was already exhausted and ready to go. The staff was professional and made sure that the process went smoothly. I appreciated their organization and communication throughout the unloading process.

Overall, I highly recommend CVS in Somerset for their reliable service and efficiency!

Great place to delivery, good people. I think they change the delivery is done. Lumper service was faster and arrived early, under two hours I was out driving to my next load

I was very nervous about this place because of the reviews and was planning to sit all day. My appointment was at 10:30am and they unloaded me and got me out before 10:00am. Great job!

This place is only by appointment. They don't take nothing early. Don't waist your time trying deliver 2 hours early. No overnight parking. No waiting area

From the guard to your slim built receiver needs to be terminated! Both are complete racist!!
If someone asking you directions to have better understanding of the rules, why would you ignore someone? If you don't want to do your job STAY HOME!!! Why bring your disgusting attitude to a place of business! Customers feel bad energy and don't deserve to be treated horribly! You will be treated accordingly!!!! Respect is earned!!!!!
I arrived with ONE pallet, why do it take 3+ hours to unload?
Next employee meeting need to be on "TIME MANAGEMENT " that is unacceptable!!!!
I will NEVER deliver to this place ever again!!!!!!!
