General contractor, Brian Cwalina of Cwalina construction, is someone I can trust. He has done repair work for me in the past, in a professional and timely matter. His company’s customer service outperformed some of the contractors that I’ve known for years and took such a pride in delivering a positive experience for his clients.

Brian and his business partner, Valerie recently helped me greatly, on their own time, by inspecting an older, DIY fix up ranch that I was in the sales contract with, by sharing their experiences, being honest and straightforward with their professional advice on the hidden cost of the structure problems that I couldn’t all see with my bare eyes. Later, they’ve checked on me again, with a follow up call, within two weeks. They’re truly caring and sincere people that I can’t easily find nowadays.

Brian and his crew installed a peaked metal roof for us last year. We had a flat rubber roof that was sagging. He also replaced our front window that was compromised, with three individual windows. On top of that he removed our front door that we never used and put wood tongue and groove paneling in the living room . He and his crew also installed hardie board siding on the whole house.

I recently had Cwalina Construction build a large family room and powder room onto to my home. I can’t imagine a better outcome. I have had experience with many contractors in the past, and never had the satisfaction of the quality and timeliness as with this job. This crew did the entire job which included grading the ground, pouring footings, framing, roofing, siding, gutters, plumbing, electric, windows, doors flooring, insulation and all the finishing touches. No subcontractors were involved. They were on the job every day rain or shine until the job was finished. The cleanliness and work ethic is top notch and they were very easy to work with including accepting changes. I highly recommend Cwalina Construction for a very wide range of work or repairs.

Brian is very nice and professional, as are the rest of his crew. He has been so helpful since I moved into my new house! As usual there are a million projects that I want to do and I go to Cwalina Construction for literally everything. I have a picture here of the bathroom floor he put in. Brian and his guys did an amazing job building us a pool house. From the beginning in discussions with Brian and Val they were easy to work with , receptive, honest and accommodating.
