Very helpful, patient, caring and friendly!
I love coming in here because I know they will thoroughly answer my many questions, give me great advice, and friendly service. I bought my helmet, pants and shoes here. I did not know what to look for as a new rider and they team really helped me out!

Store was very busy but Adrian was very helpful in helping me find the quad lock for my bike. He even took the time to give a quick run down on the installation process, was in and out within 5 minutes. Awesome store.

Stopped by on the way home to pick up a new pin inter shield for my helmet. The staff were very friendly and helpful with my purchase. The sales person even put the new pin lock shield in for me and cleaned the whole helmet for me. Will be going back soon for summer gloves.

The store is currently employed by some very delightful professionals. I needed help finding a helmet at an appropriate budget with the appropriate features as well as a couple other accessories and I had more than enough help from this locations highly knowledgeable staff.

One of the cleanest stores I've ever been to. Very organized and easy to navigate.

They talked me on to some specialty deals that saved me hundreds.

Stopped in to look for a helmet and was helped out pretty quickly, professionally and very happy. I stopped by 2 other nearby retailers prior and did not get treated anywhere near as well as at Cycle gear. Ben was the associate and helped out the whole way. Im very happy with my purchase. Customer service was prompt and helpful. Available riding pants for my wife were scarce, although it will be ordered and shipped for free. Overall a pleasant, successful experience.
