Just an unbelievable experience. I was going to buy a bike on Amazon and ask them to assemble it until I came into the shop and realized what a mistake that would be. Greg took an enormous amount of time speaking to me about my needs and wants and budget and then pick out and fit me for the perfect bike. Now, in retrospect, I realize buying a bike on Amazon would’ve been a tragic mistake and this is the way to go. Kind people, great products, five out of five.

Greg was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He gave us great advice on our 6 year old daughter’s old bike, helped fit her for a perfect new bike and helmet and was wonderfully patient and kind with her. He carried all bikes to and from car for us and gave us great insight on sizing, maintenance, and what would work best for her as a newly training-wheel free rider. Greg is an absolute asset to this company! Cannot recommend Cycle Fit enough.

After my second visit, I will not go anywhere else. I had 2 great experiences where the staff went out of their way both times to help me. My bike was serviced quickly, and the price was reasonable. My second visit, I had 2 bike techs stop what they were working on to help me find trails in the area. Supplying me with apps for my phone and lots of helpful info.

First time at this awesome bike store and shop. Couldn’t say enough great things about the selection and the staff, especially Ray. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped my wife and I tremendously to get our two children new bikes for Xmas.

Went in to get help about a bike rack installed by a Subaru dealer with no instructions. Greg came to the rescue!! Wow! Helpful? More than that! Greg came out to my car, disengaged the bike rack, explained in detail everything I needed to know! THEN, he requested that I come back so he can show me how to reinstall and put all of the straps on!! Who is this super hero?!? Greg made my day a whole lot better!!

they're a good place to get bikes but i just got a big ripper recently, and everything was super tight. it was so difficult to disassemble and not sure if that's cyclefit doing that or se but yeah, was not a fan about that.

Absolutely an excellent shop, although shop doesn't quite describe the whole thing.
A couple of months ago I went there for the first time and Greg the Bike Whisperer, the manager, spent a long time making sure he would find the right bicycle for me. I found myself riding exactly what I was looking for.
The range of bicycles and gear, their technical expertise and their pleasant manner when dealing with customers are unmatched.

Hey there! Today, I drove nearly 50 miles from Central NJ to pick up a Trek bike from Cycle-Fit, and let me tell you, it was totally worth it! Greg, Ray, Pete, and the rest of the staff are just awesome - super friendly and professional. While I was waiting, I saw them helping out so many customers. It's clear that they really care about providing top-notch customer service. They definitely make the extra effort to make sure you get the perfect bike or accessory for your needs. Thanks for making my trip so great! I'm definitely planning to come back for my bike's tune-up at the end of the season.
