Went to DQ tonight through the drive through to get chicken strip baskets. We asked for cheese curds in one of them and paid extra for it. And asked for extra cups of gravy that we paid for. I had to ask for the cones we ordered because they gave us our baskets and said have a nice night. I let that go because, well we are all human and make mistakes. But then we get all the way home to discover we had no cheese curds and the gravy cups were only half full. On top of that, of the 4 pieces of chicken in one of the baskets, see the photo for what can only be classified as a NUGGET compared to the normal size of the chicken STRIPS. Drove all the way back and was told by the manager that they would make the cheese curds and fill the gravy cups. We asked they remake our food because at this point it has been 40+ minutes of the food sitting out and since we didn't mess up the order, we should be given our correct order and hot. They took our food and said they will remake it. We got home and no, it's still the same food we had, just warmed in a microwave. And half of the cups of gravy were still only half full. My parents own and operate a Dairy Queen, for which I was a manager before I became disabled. There is no way in hell we wouldn't have remade the entire order after that considering it would have been the fault of the employees, not the customer. And wouldn't have pretended to remake it and microwaved it. I will NEVER come to this location again. And this used to be our favorite place to have a quick dinner. They clearly don't need the money if they can afford to have such crappy customer service. We were completely ripped off in multiple ways. Great job

Did drive thru for lunch ordered 4 pc chicken basket, looked like chicken nuggets ! Price on order board ($9 something) was not why they charged me ($11 something) called them and asked the price they said ($10 something) NOT GOOD BUSINESS Camp Verde DQ!!! Won’t be back

We’ve been stopping at DQ all across the country! This had by far the best malt. Tasted like a real malt and was thick. Also had the best blizzard thick and full fruit.

Always stop here coming/going on I-17.
The prices, service and product (chocolate ice cream and everything else)are "miles" above the local Flag store. The owner is often serving. Love this place!

I love Dairy Queen.. but I rolled up at 9:12.. this place says it's open til 930 online. No one answers when I try to order. So I drive to tile window. Handwritten on the window says they close at 9. I knock on the widow because I can see 3 Lil gorditas standing together looking at their phones. They totally ignore me. COLDER THEN THE ICE CREAM YALL SERVE. I was craving a snickers blizzard. Was gonna give em a twenty dollar tip for the courtesy. But nah. You need to change your hours online and hire some decent employees. Busters.

Placed an order at the wrong location. Asked for a refund and the Man who answered the phone said "yeah we can't do nothing for ya, gotta call the app". The app literally only gives you the number the order was placed. Every other food service will gladly help you and refund you an order... especially an order you will not be receiving(hence wrong location). Whoever answered the phone was very unprofessional and seemed like he was 'not all there'. Waste of lunch money!
