I went to this store and was informed it was not a retail business. It is strictly for Trade Professionals. However, one of the sales associates did steer me in the right direction, by providing me with a retail business, which was one of their clients. This gentleman could have sent me on my way, but he was professionaI, friendly and very accommodating. I actually went to the business he suggested and made a purchase. I wish I had gotten this gentleman's name, but I thank him for making my day.

Excellent design staff. They fail to list their return policy on their customer order forms, nor on their receipts.We had two boxes of unopened product they refused to return . Totally dissatisfied with their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing here to contractors or other customers.

We have been doing business with DalTile for over 15 years and I can say I have never had a bad experience. I talk to John a lot who is great, but I just spoke with Jim who was nice, knowledgable and efficient. what more could one want? The showroom can get busy with often only one person there, so I highly reccommend an appointment.
